A standing record of every credential we issue.
Every diploma, transcript, student certificate and application code on file is verifiable here — by employers, embassies, registrars, and the holders themselves.
Look up a record by its number.
Enter the document number, application code, or graduate name printed on the credential. The registry replies on the same screen.
Four classes of verifiable record.
Each carries its own prefix and a unique sequence number. Type any of them above to retrieve the record on file.
Why this check can be trusted.
We hold ourselves to a higher standard than a stamp on paper. The registry is the source of truth.
Real-time record check.
Every search runs against the live university registry — never a cached snapshot. The status you see is the status on file at this minute.
Issued by USAOU.
Each document carries a registrar-issued number, a holder of record, and a date of issue. Forged or altered records do not match — by design.
Quiet by default.
We log nothing personal about who searched. The check is a courtesy to verifiers — not an audit trail on the document holder.
About the verification itself.

I have a name but no number — will that work?
How fresh is the data behind this check?

Need to write to the records office?
If a search will not resolve, or you need a sealed paper copy posted, our registrars reply to letters within one business day.
