Manifesto · Vol. I Est. 2010

A standing record of every credential we issue.

Every diploma, transcript, student certificate and application code on file is verifiable here — by employers, embassies, registrars, and the holders themselves.

Records Office · Request Slip No. 5687 / 2026

Look up a record by its number.

Enter the document number, application code, or graduate name printed on the credential. The registry replies on the same screen.

What is on the registry

Four classes of verifiable record.

Each carries its own prefix and a unique sequence number. Type any of them above to retrieve the record on file.

No. Record What it confirms Number format
01 Diploma & Graduation Certificate The terminal credential — issued at conferral, registered for life on the graduate roll. CERT-YYYY-000001
02 Academic Transcript Sealed record of every course, credit, and grade earned at the university. TRANS-YYYY-000001
03 Student Certificate Proof of active enrolment — for visas, employers, scholarships, or banks. STUC-YYYY-000001
04 Application on file Confirms a candidate has applied and reveals the current admissions stage. APP-YYYY-00001
Three principles

Why this check can be trusted.

We hold ourselves to a higher standard than a stamp on paper. The registry is the source of truth.

Real-time record check.

Every search runs against the live university registry — never a cached snapshot. The status you see is the status on file at this minute.

Issued by USAOU.

Each document carries a registrar-issued number, a holder of record, and a date of issue. Forged or altered records do not match — by design.

Quiet by default.

We log nothing personal about who searched. The check is a courtesy to verifiers — not an audit trail on the document holder.

Frequently asked

About the verification itself.

Common questions from employers, embassies, and the holders of record.

Where do I find the document number?
It is printed at the top-right of every document we issue, immediately under the seal. Diploma and certificate numbers also appear on the rear, beside the registrar’s signature line.
I have a name but no number — will that work?
A graduate’s full name will return their entry on the public diploma roll. For transcripts, student certificates, or application records, the holder of record must share the document number directly — we do not expose those by name.
How fresh is the data behind this check?
Live. There is no nightly export and no cached registry. Every search hits the same database the registrar updates throughout the day.
What does “application on file” mean if I’m an employer?
It confirms the candidate has formally applied and shows the current admissions stage — for example, under review, interview, or accepted. It is not a guarantee of enrolment, and an admitted candidate may not yet have started classes.
My result says “not found” — what should I do?
First, check the prefix and the four-digit year — typing CERT- in place of TRANS-, or the wrong year, is the most common slip. If the document still does not resolve, write to the records office; we reply within one business day.
Can I request a fresh, sealed copy from this page?
No — the verifier confirms what we already issued. To request a new transcript or duplicate certificate, the holder must sign in to the student portal and submit a request through the records desk.

Need to write to the records office?

If a search will not resolve, or you need a sealed paper copy posted, our registrars reply to letters within one business day.
