Frequently asked

Questions about the numbers.

Straight answers from the bursar’s office. If you don’t see yours, ask us — we publish replies within one business day.

When am I billed, and how?
Tuition is billed at the start of each 8-week term. You can pay in full, split into 4 equal monthly installments at 0% APR, or arrange employer reimbursement billing — whichever you prefer at the time of registration.
Can I transfer credits to lower the cost?
Yes. Undergraduate students can transfer up to 60 credits from accredited institutions; graduate students up to 12. Each transferred credit is tuition you no longer owe — typically saving thousands.
Do scholarships stack?
Most awards stack with the Veteran & Military discount and the Early-Bird Lock. The Merit Scholarship and Global Access Grant are mutually exclusive — you receive whichever is greater.
What is the refund policy?
Drop a course in week 1 — 100% refund. Week 2 — 75%. Week 3 — 50%. After week 3, no tuition refund, but technology and library fees are pro-rated. Application fees are non-refundable.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Course materials are included via the digital library — no separate textbook bills. The only optional cost is in-person graduation attendance, capped at the published graduation fee.
Is U.S. federal financial aid available?
Eligible programs participate in Title IV federal aid, including Pell Grants and Direct Loans, for U.S. citizens and eligible non-citizens. Submit a FAFSA listing our school code; aid is awarded once verified.
