A network kept on the record.
Independent representatives, agencies, and counsellors who carry our admissions standards to their cities — every one signed, listed, and renewed in good faith.
Trust, but publish the list.
We accept applications from anywhere. We endorse representatives from a smaller circle. This page is that circle — every partner here has signed the same charter, holds the same fee schedule, and answers to the same admissions desk you do.
If a person claims to represent us and is not on this page, write to us before you sign anything. The list, not the leaflet, is the contract.
Verified agencies, by city.
Each entry below carries a current signature, a working line, and an officer of record. Reach any of them — they speak for us where you live.
Snow Consulting
What every listing promises.
A short standard, signed by every partner, and the only basis on which we keep an agency on this page.
Verified on the record.
Every listed partner is on file with our admissions office under a signed memorandum. Their licence, contact lines, and listed officers are checked against the registry once each year.
A single admissions file.
Agencies route applications through the same portal as direct applicants. There is no shortcut, no separate fee schedule, and no decision they can promise on our behalf.
No off-book arrangements.
If a representative ever asks for a payment outside the published tuition schedule, write to the registrar at once. We honour the receipt; we do not honour the request.
Working with an agency, plainly.
Practical answers from the registrar. If yours is not below, the admissions desk will reply within one business day.
Do agencies charge on top of tuition?
Can a partner promise me admission?
How do I confirm a partner is genuine?
Can I apply directly without going through an agency?
Our organisation would like to become a partner. Where do we begin?
How often is the partner list reviewed?
A handshake we can publish. Become a partner.
If your firm helps students cross thresholds and you are willing to do it on the public record, write to the partnerships desk. We would rather a smaller list, well kept.
